yes buy bot , buy proxy, buy accounts and test and fire or buy service both things you can find on marketplace.

i'm currently working on my own dm bot. i tested out a service here and honestly wouldn't recommend it.
how it works. you need to buy or create 1000s of acccounts , each account needs a proxy, can get away with 3 accounts per proxy, dm limit 5-25 dms per new account you have.
usually recommend 15 max per day with intervals of 1 hr + for it to be push notification instead of going to hidden folder.
you basically just make a bot to connect to proxy, login, send dm.
if you don't have a good proxy setup , the accounts will die , or lock after a day of using them.

personally such bots don't help a lot these days as there are many people using it , so people don't even check dm requests
If too many services start selling such bot DM as a service, then potential buyers will just block such DM or report them as spam.
For the long run I am more worried to keep my account safe. Using such DM bot service could get account reported for spamming and suspended account.
