Please I need help I’m not being able to send more than 3 dm a day on instagram and I’m getting message restriction stuff please how can I fix this problem I need help cus I’m not being able to message a lot of people for my business

I did stop for a day or two but still it won’t let me once I send 1-3 text that sort of restriction seems to come in again I need help to sort it guys please any ideas
 
Need more info :

1.Is your account new?
2.How old is your account?
3.Are you sending messages to new followers/existing followers/non-followers?
4.Does your dm consists of a link or not?

Just create a ton of business backup accounts and do outreach using them as well. And are you doing these outreach manually from your phone?
