Instagram DM limits 2021?

I know this varies according to the trust core of the account. My accounts are about 5 months old, and haven't suffered any penalties whatsoever doing f/uf at a rate of 120-180 per day. If anyone could give me a ballpark figure I would be very grateful. Also, how much variety do I need to have in my DMs? Is an arbitrary number of unique messages ok? Or does every message need to be unique? If I create a set of 20 unique DMs and then used them across a lot of accounts is this likely to result in bans? Any information greatly appreciated.
