Hello yesterday I got my Instagram account disabled and I’ve tried everything to get back into it and it won’t let me. I’ve also tried contacting Instagram but that won’t work I’ve tried sending an appeal, but I need access my account to do so and when pressed forgot, my password, my account my profile shows up and my phone number and my email show up but when I try to send the code it won’t work or I won’t get the code I tried everything and I really don’t know what to do !

It's most likely gone. Focus on a new one and avoid whatever mistake you made in the past.

ive recovered 1000s of accounts, it depends on what it says exactly when you login, screenshot is helpful

Were you not sent an email with instructions on how to appeal? The verification code might be due to the network. You would get it after the time had elapsed. Give it some time first.

Face the same issues few months ago. When I try to be forgotten the password the verification did not arrive in my phone number or email. Also I can't set the new password. So skip this account create a new one and be aware what types of mistakes you made before.
 
yeah you just have to wait, I have had this reviewed within minutes then on some others months
 
Keep trying the Instagram Help Center and different devices. Persistence often pays off in these cases.

its happened when many peoples report your account
I think that's the reason
 
If the account was verified you might have a chance, other than that it's GG's
