I was banned for violation of terms on my 23k account with no fake followers or likes. I was using some engagement software, but its been fine since November. I have submitted several tickets and I have yet to hear a reply. Any advice BHWorld? Thanks in advance.

Is said engagement software still up and running or has been caught in the bot shut down wave? Because shut down bot owners are asked to provide usernames of accounts, which were used with their services and some of them might have fulfilled the request. That would be a possible explanation to your ban.
The company I used did not fulfill the request. I used Instagress for a little and this other site which is still up and running (private).
I also had a link to a Gleam.io giveaway I was hosting for my 20k follower giveaway.
IG hasnt replied yet to any inquiries

when instagram block ur account they block ur mac phone address in all the devices where your account was logged... and if u had more acounts logged in ur phone u will have problems for log in them in that device in the future... but if u try log in a browser or in another device they will be fine.
