Instagram deletes my posts after upload

After i post an image, it appear in my feed for some seconds and then it disappears without notification.
The photo follow the community guidelines (they are just some random tattoo and drawing). I have reported the problem to the instagram support but nothing changed. what can i do to resolve? I hope it will not kill my engagement

There are a few reasons as to why you're going to experience this problem on Instagram. The first reason why this is going to happen is because of a bug. There could be an issue on their side that's causing your account/photos to disappear.

ok but what can i do? i reported the problem to the instagram support but nothing happened

This may probably sound crazy, but you can try calling them. Just Google the direct phone number of the Instagram support.

That is a phone number they have just for shens. No one ever answers the phone, why would they? Customer support for a service that you do not pay for.
