instagram delete my post!!!

Hello,

Recently today I tried uploading a new photo to my Instagram account and noticed that it would automatically get deleted only after moments of uploading it. I would say after a second or so.
anyone know how to fix this?

Hmm. That has happened to me and it was due to my IP being banned by Instagram. Do you use any Bots or anything? If yes, do you use any proxies? It may be also due to the image you are posting. If it is an image which does not meet Instagram's policy. Try uploading the picture with another device.

What is in the photo? Did you put any hashtags?

Am using my phone to post pictures but the acc growing on different ip with proxy, but i think the problem is IG block my device ip mac because when i try to log in any account he give me this error '' sorry., there was a problem with your request ''
