the highest chance of getting this done would be to go to the market place and find a person who can code this feature. I am sure that it can be done but would require you to find someone who can code this feature. Most bots don’t really have this feature because it’s not something people do often, but it can most likely be done if you can get someone to code it.

No you cant remove, there's a limit for followers remocal as well.

Yes, it's possible. But since you're only looking to automate this task for your personal account, what I suggest you do is to limit the "unfollow" action to a certain number, then wait for a couple of hours and repeat. ie. Unfollow 100 accounts, wait 2 hours, repeat.
