From a quick glance on my account, It's similar to biz, has more details/analytics
 
Oh nah no difference. If there was I'm sure we'd already be hearing about it on here, although time will tell as I'm sure they're still updating things.
 
I'm trying it, no changes on engagement or anything but it has a little more insights, nothing special.
 
Everyone still happy with creator profiles?
I'm getting great reach with a standard account but I'm scared to make the swirch in case my growth slows down!

I can understand why they would restrict business accounts a little as they want them to buy ads, so my gut feeling is that 'creators' souldn't be hit as hard!
 
I have made the switch months ago and no issues - haven't heard any rumours about getting bad reach like with business accounts from anyone reputable too.

When creators account first came out I've made a switch on several accounts and haven't noticed any difference. 10 days ago or so, I've made a switch on one of my new accounts that just reached 10k and I basically got 0 reach from hashtags since I've made I switch, account follower growth also took a hit, and than after a few days everything was back to normal, my account is now receiving even better growth than before I've made a switch.

In fact switching to creator mode got better engagement on my account. the posts are getting better reach and followers are coming in fast
 
At the beginning the hashtags didn't work, but that got fixed. I noticed an increase in views of stories. Since the hashtag thing has been fixed I seem to get better engagement than when I had the business account.

The ability to schedule posts and - if you post right away - to post to Facebook at the same time is a good option.
 
Engagement is really very up and down. One post I got a good amount of likes and 27% "are not following you" and then I get only half as many and "5% are not following you".

IG should really get its excrements together and stop insulting creators with its random behavior and its focus on silly celebrity and meme accounts and all that trash.
