Hi,

I would like to know if there is a good tool or service which creates accounts including posting/reposting pictures with tags and comments? Which I can use on a desktop pc?

Try Jarvee , they have a sales thread and free trial . Afaik it should cover all the things you mentioned .

Ok i will try these. Are there tools where i can Copy accounts? Or pictures?

Jarvee has a reposting feature which works good . Tho I need to admit we scrape with custom scripts and then import it into the Jarvee Campaigns
