Hi all,

does anyone know a kind of Instagram crawler that is fed with certain criteria like follower count, hashtags etc and then spits out a list of usernames?

This is a deep filter in Scraping,What you can do is Scrape users with their Followers and Followings and Sort the Data out in Excel.
