I been following up to limit for idk how long no problems. Except for on my last account when i was following and u following to fast tryna gain fast. Tbh i think the reason I’m blocked is because i had this unfollow app connected to my account and now that they cracking down all on third party apps. Ion see why u follow apps should even b against the rules, because i don’t abuse it. I would follow then pause for a few hours then go unfollow then pause again. But i don’t understand why they had me changing my password if i didn’t have any apps for likes and followers connected to my acct only an u follower app

Even manually , I'd never follow more than 250-350 a day

Anything more is abnormal & they'll take you down

Ignore the 6k per month, if you do 5990 every month thats still suspicious & routine.

200 is the limit once u start mass following and usually i would mass follow twice. So usually i would follow abt 400 a day.

You should be able to follow 50 manually, take a break, follow 150, take a long break, and seal the day off with a final random amount round

Edit: again, never be consistent. Bots are consistent. Humans are never so reliable

Couldn't agree more with you. I have been making similar point with the OP here. play well under the limits if you want to safeguard your profiles. and yes keep fluctutating
 
I can follow 200-250 people manually each day without any issues but when I start to do it with any kind of bot, my account get's a warning.

nope, you'd think it would. At least increase the chance of being discovered better, but nope.

Paid ads are only good for one thing - increasing likes from random people.

Do you think this would also apply to a big celebrity or influencer? I mean if a big celeb started an account I'm sure they would get tons of followers every day, like in the thousands (maybe I'm over estimating)

Update : bruh it’s the 1st and it’s 4AM here and i got a message saying my expire date is on the 1st why am i not unblocked? This is annoying. Couldn’t do sh*t on Instagram for a damn week now that my date is here I’m not understanding
 
They show this msg even for people who don't automate / bought likes.
 
I usually do follow different numbers on different days but maximum of 200 limit. If I follow 100 today, I would do with around 75-150 and also not at a single strike.
