Instagram + CPA...technical details needed

HI guys, i m into instagram for awhile but i had never try to make traffic from it to blog for adsense or to a land page for some CPA offer.I m sure there are some rules and techinques...So if someone can tell me some best practicies which work for him with specific info like is it ok if 100 accounts have link which drives to same domain or it will be penalized,cause i have a lot of IG accounts and i want them all drive traffic to one moneymaking site....all technical details will help me...thanks a lot

I'd suggest that you get some link shorteners eg: bitly ; diff link per 5 accs works for me
