Instagram CPA Idea

I'm planning to run a few instagram accounts make some landing pages directed to a content locker.

I have access to loads of netflix accounts as a incentive. However before I use them my question to you guys is can there be any consequences from netflix? I'm assuming so but just wanted to make sure.

Go with offshore hosting and bank untill they make a move.
