Instagram Cooment Marketing

On my Instagram business account every time i”I post a product, several other accounts comment stating “promote it @AccountName.

Is this good for gaining followers? Does anyone here offer this service?

Yes, it's a tactic not dissimilar to IG Mass DMs. It's more commonly used for lead gen and arbitrage as opposed to basic follower growth. If you post on HAF, you'll likely find someone that offers it.
