Hi! I got some questions to all Instagram Managers or just people who manage accounts for companies. Do you create content? If so, how do you deal with it when you have a few or more accounts? Do companies give you plenty of rope when it comes to creating?

If not, how does cooperation look like? They send you pics all the time? Or they give you some database of pics or you copy content from stock/google? :D

Thanks.

I run several large pages for my business
(Between 220k-1.7m) on 5 platforms.

What I do is I sit down with the client or have a series of emails where I picked their brain about the creative process and what they want their brand to look like to Consumers.

I asked them to send me samples of content that they love and then example of content that they feel would NOT fit their brand.

In a separate document I established a range of items that I think would fit well with their brand and then I use something like Photoshop or illustrator or Canva, and I spend about 60 Minutes making four or five things that I think they might like.

I send the posts to them 5 to 7 at a time and they can say yes or no to any and then we agree on a post schedule for that week.

It's important to always have them approve what you are posting, but also to remind them that they can always erase it and you'll replace that post free of charge if they don't like it.

I also partner with other large pages and 50% of the posts are viral posts that are repost with permission of other people's images and videos. The viral traffic brings in the viewers that you need for the products and brands that you are representing.

Thats just been my experience, hope that helps!

How much do you charge for this?

Ah well truly it depends on the clients budget, how fast they would like to grow their accounts, and which is most important to them (follower count, reach, sales conversions, brand awareness etc.)

I have some clients that pay $30 per post if I am using my pages to advertise their items, or i do post preparation or post management starting at $250 per week, plus whatever they would like to spend.

Then, i have some clients who pay closer to $700-2k per week on a "I don't care what you do but I want a minimum of 10k likes per post"
Which I achieve through live keyword analysis, and cross platform postings.

I have other clients who just hire me for their blowout sales campaigns, and they handle basic social media tasks themselves.

That's why I believe it's important to really take time to pick the clients brain because it's not a one-size-fits-all thing if you truly want to be successful you know?

^^ where do you get these clients?

Honestly they all came to me. When someone sees that you have a high percentage of viral posts or that you execute impeccable customer service, are selling real products in a well built store that has branding in place ( all of which I accomplished myself and I Outsource the small parts I could not do myself ), they are attracted to it.

When they asked me what type of social media service I use depending on who they are I either send them to the company that I do my display advertising to without saying that I own it, or I tell them I do it myself.

Using discretion obviously, they were all extremely impressed with what I was able to accomplish and I gave them a test week of service for a deposit if they plan to spend over 1k per week.

I worked with a Vape Company earlier this year and they were able to sell several palettes of branded vape products, with one campaign over 4 weeks. Finally stopped working with them because the owner of that company refused to renew their licenses in this volatile Vape Market I can't take that kind of risk.

I currently have 16 happy clients, and these are the keys to how I achieve success personally :)

Hi Madame, can we connect? I may have a client who would need services which you offer. Reading thru your thread, you seem to be pretty well matched and professional in your approach.

Please inbox me your skype ID (if you have one) so that I can connect you with the prospect client.

Oh wow nice results. Content creation is expensive. If you just managed accs (bring followers to accs) I suppose you would have less clients and less money
Also how do clients find you? Good website SEO? Advertising somewhere? You had to start with 0 clients so how did you get them at the start?
