I was thinking of using those to schedule posts, stories and reels for a OF model IG, are there any drawbacks or reach damage?

not if you use something like Later etc that is supported by IG officially

I would suggest you not to use that because instagram can suspect any suspicious activity and your account can get banned. Moreover there are chances of leaking your account details.
