I think it also matters how fast you post after a new Insta photo/video was published. If you take too long you won't ever be top comment. Could be wrong but this is from what I've noticed so far
In sense of what? I don’t need auto comments just comment likes

I guess he must be posting some high quality or creative comment. Because I have tried this before and getting likes no longer ranks your comment at the top.
he comments "Check my profile to find out if your girl is cheating on you" He is doing a virus site....

Yes, he gets 5-10k likes on each comment and is always the top 3 comments on every post
