Hey,

I would like to know if there is a tool that is able to send out a list of comments (let's say I have 50 comments) to one Instagram post by the URL. Each comment should arrive from a different account randomly assigned to the task.

They either do not work anymore or they are not sustainable, as visiting an account via link is suspicious to Instagram, then leaving a comment on it is even more suspicious. Choose SMM Panels custom comments service as they already know how to do it instead of figuring out everything from scratch.
 
Not terribly sure if a service like that already exists, but you can always have a tool like that coded if that's more your thing. You can post on the Hire a Freelancer section for that.

There is no such tool available in the marketplace or at least i have not seen something like that.

You can hire someone to build a bot and buy several accounts and make this happen but it's going to be expensive.

There are SMM panels and custom comments services which can do this but the comments come from shady and fake-looking accounts so anyone can makeout they are fake.
 
I have a tool that more or less does that although not precisely by URL. You'll need to specify where the post is within the chronological feed, whether that be the account's 1st post (i.e. most recent) or its 26th post. You can use spintext to randomize the comments but there may be a chance that it randomly selects one of the same comments twice or thrice so that may be a potential issue. I suppose you can create a separate task for each type of comment and load accounts into each one but that will honestly be a pain in the ass to deal with imo, especially if your intent is to do like 50 different comments.
 
You can buy Instagram custom comments service and send the comments you write to the provider and they'll share them from different accounts. You can choose some random and emoji comments as well.

Hello, i don't understand the question, you just need more comment or you need a custom comment for pic? i think i can help you if you need help with send this comment!
 
I think these kinds of tools are not available in the marketplace,so you can hire someone for that work.
