Install Nox Player in your PC, download instagram from Google Play using Nox Player interface, login in your IG account and comment from your PC.
Thanks for the suggestions. I tried changing the user agent to a few different settings and nothing worked. There is no option to reply to individual comments like u can on a cell phone. The reply option doesn't come up, only at the bottom to reply to all comments. Anyone know how to do this? I'm going to look at the nox player option.

You need to change your browser to emulate a mobile browser.
In this way, you can reply or even post on IG.
You can emulate either with an extension or by pressing F12, clicking on the newly opened area (the Inspect area) and pressing again Ctrl+Shift+M.
This will change your browser to mobile, so now if you visit IG, you will be loaded the mobile version of its. website

I just tried to change the extension to a mobile version, the window view changed to a mobile version but I cannot reply to an individual comment. I can reply to the whole comment tree but not an individual comment. Say number 5 comment in a list of 50 comments.
When you look at instagram on a cell phone you can actually see the reply word. On a pc with these changes I can't, so far.
I also tried the nox player, it seems like it might work and I installed instagram on it but can't find it after its installed, kinda weird program.

Try other android emulators like Bluestacks and Genymotion. I think Genymotion will work better than Bluestacks.
I appreciate all the replies but so far nothing has worked. If a post has 10 comments and I want to comment on the 5th comment from the top down I can only do that with a phone, not on a pc, no matter if using an emulator or changing the browser to a mobile view. I can comment on the post but cannot reply to a comment.
