There are services but never tried them,you can give it a shot if you want to.The basic package starts from 25$ I guess!

Thank you but have a lot of fake site and not working system.
Trust me I try a lot of choice also I used smm panel here. They told me working but doesn't work.

But I think it's difficult to implement in 2020 due to the strict Instagram Algorithm.Even I haven't tried any so I can't tell you which one is a scam and which one isn't.

Which socialpanel24 service have you tried?
I made an order yesterday for the ID 142 Instagram Mentions User Followers of 17,000 and I received it 10 hours later. I have another pending done a few hours ago.

I do not understand what you want to say.
On the page that you comment I can make orders and yesterday I got one of 17,000 mentions and I have another pending for today.

Manually it is not possible because Instagram blocks those accounts when it detects this type of practice and when you want to buy large amounts you would need thousands of accounts to be able to do it.
