To get ranked like a normal user, you have to act like a normal user. In the first two months, Instagram is strictly observing your account and decides how trustworthy he is. That depends on his actions and behavior. If he is online all the time, likes dozens of posts and follows 100 people an hour, Instagram knows exactly what your intentions are and gives you almost no reach anywhere, anymore. You get ranked at the bottom of every comment section if they do not even get hidden, you get restricted and so on. But if you use the official Instagram app, open it a few times per day, follow some people and scroll through your feed, Instagram is starting to trust you. After two months, you can slowly start doing your mother child method or whatever you are trying to do, because IG now thinks that you are just a regular user that does a few more actions than average. Increase your actions by about 10% every week until you hit the API limits and you are fine.
So in summary: Warm up your account for about two months and slowly start using your blackhat methods.
