I manage a lot of clients with Jarvee so i will tell you honestly what i think about this. Try to focus on specific niche for example work with girls and models only first because they are easier to work with and they get better results (everyone follow back hot girls) and its easier to talk with such clients and they will not complain too much. Many other niches its hard to get targeted followers and to avoid trash accounts, somehow they always manage to follow you and comment some weird things on your client posts no matter what filters you put on your software to avoid them. Be ready to lose engagement if your client is already popular, and if starting from small numbers then it should grow. However followers you get with these methods are usually not interested in your content so don't expect great engagement. Results vary and are not stable 1 day you may get 70 new followers next day 15 its complicated due to many reasons ( sources, errors ) so be ready to answer many questions from clients. I don't do like actions as you will get like blocks 24h very fast on both devices phone + bot that you use, and you not want to like or comment some random posts with ur client account (in many cases you might comment or like some random p0rnography posts and clients can be very angry because of that). So, just stick with follow-unfollow and you should be ok. And one more thing because clients will most likely get follow blocks and wont be able to follow friends or people they want with their mobile phones since you doing follows with bot be ready to explain them why this happening, or tell them to send you username's of people they want to follow so you can follow them with bot. Maybe you can put sleep-mode on your bot and stop the tools for 6-7 hours while your client actually not sleep (as they will use phone and instagram over day) and they should be able to follow with phone aswell, but in this case you lose 6-7 hours of following with bot so expect much lower results (i didn't try this myself i follow 24h no pause). Also, you not need 4G proxies as you won't publish posts from client's accounts, leave that to client. Only if the client require that you upload posts too (if they not have time to do it or whatever is the reason) then get some good 4G proxy because i think it doesn't work with normal proxies anymore. Last thing i have to tell you is that people more and more recognize follow-unfollow as spammy method so first they not want to follow back easily, and second they will unfollow you too when they notice you unfollow them. Its not easy work if you want to do it all right but it can be very profitable. If have more questions let me know and i will try to help..
