Instagram Channel not growing

Hey there i got an Instagram Account whos posting daily gaming Content. Litterly every Reel is getting 20k views some likes nh comments. But i even tho dont get followers. Im stuck at 190. Monthly impression is in the Screenshot. What can i do to fix that

You must put some text in the description of the reel to get followers
 
u can put the description CTA like follow channel to update more, or create a give away to have more followers
 
You need to have a call to action in your text reel to make people to follow like follow me for the next gaming content
 
Create descriptions about your gaming. Find some keywords that are searched on IG and optimize with the descriptions. If it still does not work, then you can hire an IG follower increase specialist at the cheapest price. You may find someone who has good knowledge of it but is new in the online marketplace.
 
Instagram allows displaying content on the same topic through hashtags inserted on posts. So you should also take advantage of these #hashtag trends when posting videos
