Instagram challenge required, need help

Hi guys

I have almost 200k important account
When I try to log in they send 6 digits code, I enter it, then Instagram send me this error

Error
Challenge_required

And I can't access the account

I contacted Instagram they gave me 8 digits code, still same problem

What shall I do

Have you tried connecting from another fresh phone where you never logged in with this account?

Your account is in PV/EV mode.

It can fix this. Or try to ask for password reset.

I am also facing something like this i am not getting otp on new account as well on Old accounts with number attached.

try a new phone, remove all the cache, try different i.p theres lots of thing you can try but sometimes its just Ig they send you into an infinity loop sometimes if you wait weeks or months it fixes but not always

Tried everything, non working
New phone, new ip, deleted Instagram
Contacted Instagram, the send me back up code, when I enter it, it stuck
