[Instagram] Can't Follow

I'm having a problem where I can not follow anybody on one of my Instagram accounts. My problem used to be that I could not follow on any of my Instagram accounts (IP banned) so I would just use a VPN to bypass it. That does not work anymore, and I can not follow on only ONE of my 5 accounts. I have also tried using a different device but it does not work either.

This must be an account limitation, so does anyone know how to lift this limitation, or at least how to bypass it for now? How long will this last? And why is this happening?

are you using any bot right now? you might be flagged or something. i was running instaget for a few days straight on a pretty conservative delay and then i noticed i couldn't follow anybody. i didn't do anything on my account for a little over a day and then i was able to follow again
