When Instagram login, EMS is required, but after clicking the "Send Security Code" button, nothing happens.Can't jump to the next page.
Why?

Instagram doesn't like mail.ru, It's the most spammed russian email provider for IG Account creation and it's overall trustscore is very low. Account created with mail.ru doesn't sustain long or gives issues like the one you mentioned above.

You probably overdid it. This can happen if you attempt to recieve multiple verification codes in a short period. Try waiting a while, if that does not work try from different IP address. (you still need to do the waiting process).

I think Gmail and outlook are the best emails can be used for Instagram accounts

You can change your IP address using a VPN, or use another computer and then try again, do this after 2-3 days too.

Logout and login again , change the IP or device ,This may help you .
Even if it doesn't not work , you may have used some spammy email account ( probably the .ru mail ) .
