Instagram can not create accounts from BlueStacks?

Today i am trying to create new instagram accounts in blustacks (as every day) and i have this message from instagram:

"There is a problem to register at this time try again later. Restrict certain content and certain actions to protect our community. Let us know if you think we made a mistake."


Someone with the same problem or someone who knows how to fix it?

Had the same problem due to flagged proxies. Make sure yours are not flagged by IG.

But the problem is with instagram, not with the bluestacks.
I keep trying but i can't create any account

I don't use proxies to create accounts, i use my normal connection and i after 80 accounts i never have problems. I will try with tethering my mobile connection.
