Instagram builder?

Hey everyone, I'm looking to see if anyone can help build me an Instagram account with a good helping of followers in a timely manner. I've been managing about 5 social networks for the band I manage at the moment, and adding another one into the mix with bots/interacting/etc is a little too much. I'd like to build it to a decent point, put the band's URL into the profile, and start having them update once they have some followers and are generating traffic. Anyone can build an Instagram profile for me? If so, how much? And how many followers do you think you can bring in?
