Instagram Botting Question - New Account Limits

I got an instagram bot set up and am looking forward to using it but I want to do what I can to not be caught as a bot account. I know that new accounts have some limits that are different than older accounts as far as how often you can like, number of comments and number of follows before you're blocked.

Does anyone know the exact numbers? Or have a method for 'warming up' an account?

There are no magic numbers, just keep the settings like a human would use it.

Don't act like you're just in a following spree (EX: 600+ follows; one after another), neither with unfollowing; Set intervals for each actions and you'll be good to go.
