INSTAGRAM BOTS SPECIALIST DEV CONTRACT

I need someone to create a bot/software that can automatically register accounts on Instagram using emails (NOT TEMPORARY EMAILS!) that I have (I will provide lists of gmails, outlooks, gmx etc.) it needs to run on proxies (web or API), or cell phone farm with SIM CARD, and have code solutions that instagram sends to the email/phone number and pastes into instagram.

(for the phone number, it should work through the API of one of those SMS verification sites, like sms-activate.ru or other SMS service sites)

If you have experience in this or similar projects,
it is even better, I need this done urgently.
