Have you searched the blackhatworld marketplace? I think a few days ago i saw someone selling Instagram bot on the marketplace.

Practically any Instagram bot has this pretty basic feature, Followliker is the most popular these days now that Mass Planner is gone.

You can try Gramdominator2.5 it does have the similar function which you are looking for .

Suggest you Followliker mate!
Using this and I think works well!
But also In giveaway/freebies I saw a free IG bot, you can try out and find.
