There's a page on statigr.am that shows you all of those accounts you are following but aren't following you back.

I'd like to send them all a direct message/photo. Any idea how to do this? This would be very useful for people with real instagram accounts, who follow everyone they're facebook friends and would like to remind those people to follow them back.

Let someone make a bot for you. Look in the marketplace. But it is going to cost you some dough. So I would ask yourself does it really matter that someone doesn't follow you back.

Follow people for their content on your personal account not for a followback.
