All I have to do it type in my webstagram link when i'm at my profile or my picture URL and it likes/follows those only. I bought instadominate but it doesn't seem to do that. Put the url into a text file.
From your main screen goto the scheduler.
Check the radio button for comment. Check the button for manual input source. Load the text file you created earlier.

There's a refresh button next to accounts check, click it. The number of accounts should go upto 1000 (assuming you have loaded them into instadominate) and insert a time. I would set random delay from 5 - 70 or something.

Click add task.

You're done.
