Check out B O T N I N J A (dot) com - they actually already have a bot that does this on other sites, so I'm thinking he could do it for Instagram too.
I just recently used them and he's great. And he gave me an insane turnaround time (1.5 hours) for my bot.
BTW: I'm in now way affiliated with this company/service. I'm just passing the info along.
