Instagram bot with users & tags blacklist

I used Likestagram, Instagress and they worked fine.
Both of them have tags&users blacklist option which is so important for me,
FL also added this option recently but doesn't work well.
is there any other bot or website that have this option?

I though FL did a good job of blacklisting users..? Also, what do you mean by tags. So you like the feature of being able to follow by tag? FL has this feature and it works well mate.

Are you sure you're using it right?
FL does this feature really well...

hmmm users blacklist works well but blacklisting tags doesn't work well.
If someone uses 2 of blacklisted words in FL, FL can't filter this and like the media.

Yes, I have been using FL for almost an year and users blacklist works well but tags blacklist doesn't work properly.
I've asked FL about this and waiting for the answer.
