instagram bot with - target only hashtag combo feature (2 hashtags from the list)

Hey guys,
after the instagress has been shut down, i cant find alternative that would provide the option to target only hashtag combos...

For example I have 50 hashtags: bmw, audi, porsche, race...
And it would target posts that have #bmw #race..

Anyone?

Not sure what you mean but Follow Liker and Massplanner can definitely like pics from certain hashtags and much more.

As far as I know, ISG doesn't allow you to search with multiple terms i.e. #cars +#bmw does not work.

The way to do it is to perform a search on one of the tags: i.e. #bmw
Then filter in all results that contain #cars

Maybe the other services can do it, but you are looking for the wrong terminology?
