As a developer (not into bots), I can say that for sure it is possible to create a bot for even more than 10.000 accounts like you said 100ks. And they exist, but people created it for themselves and hardly gonna sell it.
So either you find those people and beg them to sell it (really hard to happen) and will cost, or you find an experienced developer to make you one but again this would be even more expensive & hard to find.
And even if you have a good bot it doesn't solve the problem with the good quality account, proxies & Instagram algorithm, especially on that account numbers...
I would rather go with 100 accounts at the time, find a good source of quality accounts & proxies, and then scale it a bit, for example, you can run jarvee with 100 accounts on multiple computers, etc. Something is better than nothing right?
But like someone else said it's really hard to work even with 100 accounts, maybe this ^ not on Instagram but some other social media that are less popular?

First off, the expenses of running 10k accounts would be insanely high - easily $50k/month considering the amount of 4G proxies/residential bandwidth you're going to consume, even if your bot is API based.
You won't find any bot that can run 10k accounts out of the blue and will be so easy to configure.
People are running farms of 10k accounts with Jarvee, with dozens of servers running 200+ accounts or more, but again, I assume this is out of your budget.
My recommendation is to stop thinking this big and start slowly with 10-20 accounts. SMM panels are running accounts via a bot, they have a botnet of real people which they can control, which is much more illegal then what you're planning.

I'm pretty close to this, now running ~5k accounts in parallel but in 24h period.
It's a complex task, requires a lot of computing power and queuing accounts and their actions.
Managing proxies is a pain in the ass as well.
Not selling my setup, just sharing that it is possible.
Probably no public bot will help you to achieve this.

I run 10000+ accounts for mother child setup. It's not like you can do it with 1 software,1 month, with 1 person.
For me, it took 2+ years, multiple software, multiple solutions, and bigger team of 40+ people.
There is lot to manage if you want to run it smoothly and not get affected with IG ban waves and updates.
As of now I switched 5000+ accounts on real devices running manually

Instadub is top notch for less money. However, you should properly do homework: private proxies, 5 accs per proxy, delays, GMT times, do not dm links, stop worlds. A lot of work.
