My Instagram boosts are approved and it says "currently boosted" however the boost doesn't spend any money.
This has been going on for a week. What could be the issue?

Seems like a bug from Meta, try to stop it and run again.

Check your Instagram advertising tools settings and status. There may be technical problems from Meta

I been faced the same problem but after a short while it got fixed
