There are cloakers in the market currently for sale. Search it up to buy them.

Use a Facebook page and embed your shortened affiliate link into a post, or you can buy a domain and install WordPress, and install a redirect plugin and grab each link, and use that on the FB posts, right click the link from the FB post and grab the URL (it will be a Facebook URL). You can add X links into the same FB post, just keep editing the post and adding them. Next add that URL into your IG account and it will be 100% secured. You can also do the same thing with a G+ posts.

The best way is to use cloak redirect links that send bots to whitehat resources and users to your CPA url.

Redirect won't work. They track redirects easily.
Solution is either a prelander or cloaking.
Cloaking requires investment. Prelanders can be made for free (blogspot blogs i.e.).
