hello, my instagram account got hacked recently, do you know people who know how to unblock it?

Actually Instagram has been very strict lately, I just changed my phone and it was locked for a while. Is there any way to avoid this situation, everyone?
 
Change password with your email and contact the support.
 
Unblock it as you are banned? or unblock it as you want to recover access to your account? they usually create a second account with your ninfo and when you try to access using the phone or email take you to a random second account they do the same with facebook accounts, better contact support and be patience.
