Instagram block actions

Hi, does anyone have actions blocked from Instagram? I get the message "we limit how often you can do certain things on instagram" when I try to follow. I have not exceeded the limits, the message appears after 2-3 follows on some of my accounts

I use real phone and 4g, no proxy.

is your account new, when was the account created? What exactly you do when you open instagram?

the accounts are 1-2 years old and minimum. I use mobile automation.

When an application opens, the account checks the profile and then posts it to the feed. Then he watches a few stories and does the requested follows and likes. Between each action the robot swipes a few publications, looks at the comments and explores it.

The weird thing is that I can like as many as 20-30 posts in a single session. But when the robot tries to follow 2-3 accounts the blocking message appears.

wait for week and start with 5 following at a time. it will works fine. but before that logout from all account and re login
