Has anyone got experience, or have any idea about Instagram prolong action block?
My Instagram got an action block ten days ago, after I engaged in telegram comment pod, at first I though it will be gone in an hour or a day, but it has been ten days now, my account cannot follow, comment, or like other at all, even when I posted I can’t even add caption.
I am starting to worry Instagram might ban my account forever. Does that happen before? Is anyone else also experiencing this prolong action block? Will it ever go away? T_T
Noted: I have an influencer account, was in fuel gram before, but after it went down I didn’t have other bot managing my account anymore. So I am very confused why Instagram did this to my account.

Don't use IG for about 2 weeks and the block should lift. Don't open the app nothing. Just uninstall it and wait 2 weeks to use it again.

When I get back will my account be disabled ? so worried

I'm seeing this even while doing manual F/U, off several devices with individual IP addresses, not wifi.

Instagram rolled out a new rule which regulates actions accounts can take on a monthly basis which is thought to be somewhere around 6,000 actions (liking, commenting, following, etc) per month. It seems like your account has reached its maximum monthly actions, so if you let it wait and rest for a bit it should go back to normal. It can take anywhere between 2 weeks to a month to fully reset. Keeping your actions below 200 a day is a safe bet. Let your account rest for 2 weeks and try again. If it still persists try again in 2 weeks. If for some reason it doesn't go away you should contact their support.

Just check out Reddit and you will see a bunch of posts like this. I was basically blocked for about a month. I got a 3-day block at the begging of September and after I got unblocked they blocked me again and so on... Every time I was forced to change a password too because i "shared password with following and liking services", which I didn't. I tried contacting them but of course, Instagram is operated by bots. You can just wait and that's it.

Gives me about 190 a day max, been keeping to well under that because I'm aware of the monthly limit, used to bot accounts but had to get VA's after main stream bots got taken from us, turned into too much hassle.
