Instagram been removed, can i get it back?

Only way to get it back is through instagram help and trust me you have to wait for a long time for that

It really depends on the reason. Sometimes yes you can get your account back by reaching out with support and explaining the situation. If it got removed due spam/pretending to be someone else, unfortunately there is no way to get the account back.
