I have an aged account that I was running FL on for a while.

I have just got a message to say that my link (which is my website) is not allowed now.

Any reason why this has popped up? And anyone else had the same problem?

Shall I contact them to say they have made a mistake to attempt to get it back

get what back exactly, were you banned too?
i guess you were reported multiple times in that time frame for whatever reason, which triggered a manual review of your account and it found your site not eligible

Account has not been banned, I can still like, follow etc.

I just cannot add our website bio link to our profile.

We do have an affiliate who uses our website in their bio, maybe they have been reported for spam

    Bit of an update,

After some digging I think the url has been blocked on Facebook and in turn been blocked in Instagram

Trying to get hold of them!

^ Why don't you just get a new domain? This solves the problem 90% of the time.

Ok so an update, I think the reason I was blocked on Facebook is I tried something rather spammy and it must have been flagged (lesson learnt)

Since Facebook owns Instagram I figured thats why it banned it on there. However after sending multiple messages on Facebook and reaching out to Instagram it appears to be unblocked now.

I had no response but all is clear now, I must of got through to someone !
