On the bright side, you can do anything in instagram except commenting. Stay lie-low for today

It seems like Instagram are cracking down quite heavily. It's all a case of being careful or trying to pinpoint why they are banning. If you tend to post a lot of links that may be why you are getting banned.

They may banning because of using bots, Mass commenting, liking etc may lead to terminate accounts. Here I seen a lot of threads in the past IG banning to them.
