Instagram banned account

I had a Instagram account that I used for my website. I was running promotions using a bot I created where it would like and comment on a post but never the same comment, I did not run this too much and maybe about 1 hour a day and only had it do about 30 - 45 account comments a day, usually lower.

Today I logged into my account and seen that Instagram had banned my account, but they do not say why. I have the option to select if I disagree to give them and email and phone number.

Has anyone ever gone through this process before? and gotten there account restored?

Now I tried to just create another account, and as soon as I did and logged in they banned that account right away. How do I get around this? I socks 5 proxies now my only way?

Fuck you zuckerberg.

you will need an account, a proxy, anti detect browser
 
It looks like IG have captured your device's digital fingerprint and banned it. They also might have banned your IP address. You can create another account from a different device, or you can use an anti-detect browser with a rotating proxy.

30-45 comments/day is above the limits.
The bot is web based/app/android app?

Automating comments is a bad idea they can get account banned pretty quickly.

Just had the same issue last week. They will ask you to send a selfie holding a piece of paper with a number, then your account gets restored and you even get a "sorry"-message. Feels kinda odd to go through this process but if you have nothing to hide, why don't do it, if its worth your acc. I think it's just a way from IG to get rid of the guys with hundreds of accs, because its obviously quite difficult doing this selfie-thing-process for a big amount of accs. In my case it was a aged agg with 50k followers, so of course it was worth doing the process. Meanwhile the account is back botting and working.
 
if you want manage more account
keep one residential ip for one account.

Happened few times but got fixed on its own.
