Come here again to give you report with my experience mate.
Recently I got a sure ban when I change username manually then run it on bot, I also got permanent ban when I change bio using bot (this surely made me stress so I gotta share you this). Changing manually both on phone or browser is fine even when you use different ip address (I did this a lot). Except all that, I'm doing follow/unfollow only and everything work smoothly (one or two will ask for email/phone verification every view days and that is normal), even for fresh account I can hit more than 700 follow per day.

what kind of delays are you using? i dont think i have ever got an account to follow more than like 500 per day and i have had hundreds of accounts

got 196 banned. fresh account banned after following 8 people and liking 7 photos.
+ 3 banned just doing nothing (starting the project on followliker with no tasks)

Delays 30-60 sec, Follow limit 1000-1500 per days, but with those delay I rarely hit 1200 following, at best maybe around 800 following. I am using different project for posting, so when I start posting I will stop follow/unfollow task. Not getting banned unless I tried to change bio using FL or insert a link. When I insert a link in bio, I can only follow around 300-400 per days. Anything more than 500 got me banned or asking phone verification.

With your new account you just have to use for one month on your mobile post some manual content with few followers manually .......... to make those account safe ........ then after two months you can use them carefully with any bots you want ............ !!!

Haha, you are right man. Interesting things is most peoples can't stay patient and wanted fast money. But surely they will learn a lot and I wish for their success in the future.
