Is there anyway I can automate my IG I been growing a meme account for like 2 months and im at 1.3k right now its really hard organically cause I have to unfollow thousands and I have a limit of 200 actions a day so If anyone can tell me how to automate just the follow/unfollow part .. I would really appreciate it! thank you! :D

Depends how much you are willing to pay per follower gained. Back in the days you could gain followers for like $0.01 nowadays it’s like $0.30 per follower
 
To automate, you need to invest. Free tools are always late to the race and the first ones to get caught on.

Go through the marketplace, find some quality tools at a premium price and experiment with them. It will burn a few accounts and proxies but if you keep going, you will find out a method that works for you and boom! You've unlocked the goldmine.
 
actually memes is one of the few niches where followers from “follow everyone we follow” giveaways you can buy per k actually work pretty well if you convert them decently (with good content and frequent but not spammy posting)
they run daily and do up to 5k+ a day with more than half USA demos depending on who you buy from.
Might be worth a shot for you

*Only referencing to effects meme pages, results for other niches may highly vary with this audience
 
Yeah manuall f/unf is a rough job. Have you tried using automation tools like Jarvee? Heard it's pretty good for IG with the right settings and paired with 4G mobile proxies.

Yes I tried there free trial I got confused quick cause of all the settings they had the trial is over and I cant pay for it sadly
 
Get yourself a bot like Jarvee/Massplaner, there are others too. A 4G proxy and you can grow couple accounts even that meme account as being your main account :)
 
There are free bots for IG try gifthub or whatever.
