    So I came across a sales thread on another forum offering "auto-liking"

    Each picture you post will get likes within 10-20 mins. Packages ranging from 50-3k.

    Is that to good to be true? Or is it possible?

    Yes, it's possible. A member on here was doing something very similar to what you're describing except with Twitter, so the idea as well as the ability to execute it does exist.
